	自今年1月1日起，新《大气污染防治法》便开始正式实施了。与之前相比，新法对破坏环境的行为惩戒更加严厉。按新法内容未照规定使用污染防治设施的，除了责令改正外，较多能处20万元以下的罚款，如果拒不改正的，将责令停产整治。
