	环保部通报了11月污染防治督查情况，督查结果显示，部分地方**及相关部门大气污染防治责任未落实，部分企业仍存在违法排污问题，燃煤锅炉、VOCs治理不足等问题相对**。同时向社会公开通报了28件典型环境违法案件。
Ministry 
of Environmental Protection announced the November pollution prevention and 
control supervision, inspection results show that some local governments and 
relevant departments of atmospheric pollution prevention and control 
responsibilities are not implemented, some companies are still illegal *age 
problems, coal-fired boilers, VOCs governance issues such as relatively 
prominent. At the same time to the public informed of the 28 typical cases of 
environmental 
violations.

12月25日，环保部通报11月大气污染防治督查情况，督查结果显示，发现部分地方**及相关部门大气污染防治责任未落实，综合整治城市扬尘、推进集中供热改造、煤炭总量控制、加油站油气回收等多项工作进展滞后；一些地方重污染天气应急管理工作问题较多；部分企业仍存在违法排污问题，未按要求投加脱硫剂、没有脱硫设施、土小企业聚集区、燃煤锅炉、VOCs治理不足等问题相对**。现将河北省保定市曙光毛纺有限公司等28件典型环境违法案件向社会公开通报。

gathering area, coal-fired boilers, VOCs governance issues such as inadequate.

2015年11月，环境保护部华东、华南、西南、西北、东北环境保护督查中心分别对北京市，天津市，河北省保定市、唐山市，山西省阳泉市、忻州市，内蒙古自治区包头市、鄂尔多斯市，辽宁省沈阳市、鞍山市、抚顺市、本溪市、营口市、辽阳市、铁岭市、葫芦岛市，吉林省长春市、吉林市、延边市，黑龙江省哈尔滨市、齐齐哈尔市，湖北省仙桃市、孝感市，广东省东莞市，山东省济南市、德州市、聊城市、潍坊市，河南省郑州市、新乡市，四川省内江市、雅安市，贵州省黔东南州，陕西省西咸新区，甘肃省庆阳市，新疆自治区乌鲁木齐市和新疆生产建设兵团五家渠市等37个地市（州）进行了重点督查。

Shenyang City, Anshan City, Benxi City, Yingkou City, Changchun City, Harbin 
City, Jilin City, Xiantao City, Heilongjiang City, Dongguan City, Ji'nan City, 
Guangdong City, Zhengzhou City, Henan City, Neijiang City, Sichuan Guizhou 
Qiandongnan Shaanxi Fushun Shandong Qingyang Gansu Liaoyang Beijing Xiaogan 
Ya'an Dezhou Huludao Liaocheng Xinxiang Weifang, Urumqi City, Xinjiang 
autonomous region and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps five Canal 
city, and other 37 cities (state) conducted a focus on 
supervision.

各督查组已将上述问题反馈地方，并督促依法处理处罚并进行整改。
Each inspection team has 
put the issue back to the local, and urged to deal with the punishment according 
to law and rectification.
