河北集中查处整治一批环境污染违法行为，查办一批环境污染案件

	日前获悉，河北省将成立钢铁、煤炭行业环境执法行动**小组，集中全省环境监察力量，查处一批严重污染环境的钢铁、煤炭行业企业，整治一批环境污染违法行为，查办一批环境污染案件，倒逼钢铁、煤炭行业去产能，改善环境质量。

	河北省环保厅和河北省公安厅日前决定在全省开展钢铁、煤炭行业环境执法“雷霆行动”，倒逼钢铁、煤炭行业去产能，遏制环境污染违规排放、违法犯罪对生态环境的损害。

此次执法检查的范围是全省钢铁、煤炭行业企业。检查的内容主要是：钢铁行业淘汰落后产能和化解过剩产能中已明确淘汰和关停的设备是否死灰复燃、违规生产情况；企业环评报告、环评审批、“三同时”验收、排污许可证等环保审批情况；除尘、脱硫、脱硝等主要污染治理设施建设、运行情况；自动监控设施是否按规定运行；2015年以来企业接受监管和行政处罚情况。
